Video report : ESI instructors review off-piste safety rules

Our instructors were able to practice different exercises in the field, such as observations of field clues, recommendations and verification of equipment, use and interpretation of a BERA or even exercises of DVA search, probing and shoveling.
A reminder on the methodology of the triggering of the rescue, the organization of the search for victims and the nivology (Analysis of the essential parameters of transformation of the snow: exposure, transport by the wind, altitude, temperature, degree of slope... ect.... ) are also covered.

All our trainings are supervised by members of the Peloton de gendarmerie de haute montagne and the Association Nationale Étude Neige et Avalanches.
